ARG means Alternate Reality Game, a type of interactive narrative-based media that blurs the lines between the real world and fiction.

spectrum_11.jar is a secret secondary mod found within the main mod's files, and depicts events that chronologically happen before the events of The Broken Script.

WORLD2 is a world save hidden in the mod's assets. It depicts the territory of xXram2dieXx's Clan, and gives some more insight into The Broken Script's story.

What's more, the IP can be used to connect a TCP server and the client could recieve message from it.
